Barcelona travels to already relegated Real Murcia looking to fend off the challenge posed by Atletico Madrid as they are now in danger of dropping into the fourth spot in the standings should they fail to win this match.
Barcelona will want to forget this season as they have failed to win any trophy and it is no surprise that Frank Rijkaard will be removed as manager and replaced by Pep Guardiola next season. Since beating Valencia 1-0 at home, they have gone six matches without a win and are currently on a three match losing streak going down to the likes of Racing 3-2 (away), Athletic Bilbao 1-2 (home) and Osasuna 2-1 (away).
